A well-established consultancy operating nationally is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to deliver acquisition, disposal and advisory services across complex programmes. The team works across infrastructure, transport, utilities and government-led projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead property acquisition and disposal processes
- Manage stakeholder, landowner and iwi engagement
- Provide strategic advisory across infrastructure projects
- Negotiate settlements and compensation agreements
- Mentor junior consultants within the team
- Proven experience in property acquisition or advisory
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation capability
- Understanding of Public Works Act processes preferred
- Ability to manage complex project timelines
- Professional presentation and commercial awareness
- Exposure to mentoring, leading and managing a team
