We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager from a contractor background to take ownership of long-duration projects across New Zealand. This is a national project delivery role, often in rural locations, with project delivery periods ranging from small scale 6+ months to large scale 3+ years. You’ll be the driving force ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.

• Demonstrate visible leadership in health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Proven contractor-side Site Management experience (minimum 3 years).
• Strong subcontractor management and quality assurance experience
• Knowledge of NZ building standards, site safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled in interpreting drawings, specs, and managing construction methodologies.
• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in construction (LBP/Level 4 Cert desirable).
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
• Flexibility to travel nationally and work in rural project locations (Living Away From Home basis).
• Positive outlook, and high energy, who has a team-first approach.
• Full, clean NZ driver’s license  and valid work rights.
