We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager from a contractor background to take ownership of long-duration projects across New Zealand. This is a national project delivery role, often in rural locations, with project delivery periods ranging from small scale 6+ months to large scale 3+ years. You’ll be the driving force ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.

- Deliver and monitor project programmes, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
- Drive effective QA, risk management, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate visible leadership in health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Proven contractor-side Site Management experience (minimum 3 years).
- Strong subcontractor management and quality assurance experience
- Knowledge of NZ building standards, site safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in interpreting drawings, specs, and managing construction methodologies.
- Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in construction (LBP/Level 4 Cert desirable).
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and work in rural project locations (Living Away From Home basis).
- Positive outlook, and high energy, who has a team-first approach.
- Full, clean NZ driver’s license and valid work rights.
