Multiple opportunities across NZ have arisen within a newly established national Procurement function responsible for managing and influencing a multi-billion-dollar spend across a large, complex organisation delivering essential services across New Zealand.

These roles sit within a central procurement and commercial function and plays a key part in delivering high-quality, value-driven sourcing outcomes. Working closely with category management teams, you will lead end-to-end procurement processes, develop and implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier engagements, and ensure all activity is compliant with procurement frameworks and regulatory requirements.

We’re looking for commercially minded sourcing professionals who are comfortable operating in complex environments and managing multiple stakeholders. We need strong sourcing and contract management experience, a collaborative approach, and a proven ability to deliver financial and operational value through effective procurement execution.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in sourcing and/or contract management
• Strong negotiation, supplier engagement, and contract development capability
• Solid understanding of procurement frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience working in large, complex organisations (public sector or regulated environments advantageous)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
