Familiarity with automation techniques (CI/CD, test automation) and modern development methodologies.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 2 years as a technical or team leader in an agile software development environment, with a proven track record of mentoring and managing teams. Experience managing performance reviews and fostering team collaboration.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to strategize, conceptualize, and design solutions that align with business objectives, with a focus on generating value for stakeholders.

  • Education: A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., software engineering, computer science) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Soft Skills: A passion for data, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to drive organizational change in a dynamic environment.
  • Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with tools like WhereScape RED, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Confluent, Python, SparkSQL, Confluent Kafka, Flink, or Open Data Lake formats (BigQuery, Iceberg).
