On behalf of our client in the telecommunications sector, we are seeking an experienced Procurement specialist with understanding of technology contracts. This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of commercially sound procurement outcomes across a broad technology portfolio.
This opportunity will suit a high-calibre contractor who is confident engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex technology agreements, and driving value across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology procurement initiatives (RFPs, negotiations, contract execution)
- Provide commercial guidance on technology contracts, risk, and compliance
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders and technology suppliers
- Drive value, cost efficiencies, and innovation across the technology spend portfolio
- Ensure governance, policy alignment, and regulatory compliance requirements are met
- Proven experience in procurement contract management
- Strong background across IT / Technology categories (e.g., software, SaaS, infrastructure, cloud, managed services)
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex technology agreements
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver measurable outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the business
