After moving to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2018 from his native Ireland, Aaron decided to take his exceptional account management and business development skills and apply them to the recruitment industry, specializing in accounting & finance roles.

Aaron finds working with clients in the finance sector both rewarding and invigorating due to the interactive and fast-paced nature of the industry, and recruitment in general appeals to Aaron as he can use his strong sales skills to help others find success which, in turn, enables him to find his own success.
