Steph joins Alexander James with a reputation for being a personable, flexible, and creative recruitment consultant who delights in the challenge of understanding exactly what her clients and candidates need, and then going above and beyond to deliver exactly what’s required.

Her background as a flight attendant with our national carrier, Air New Zealand, taught her the value of working hard and connecting with customers no matter their background or position in life.

In 2021 Steph moved on from the travel industry to become a foundation member of a recruitment start-up specialising in sourcing and placing temporary talent for the warehousing and logistics sector. It was an exciting and challenging time for Steph that she looks back on fondness and pride, knowing that the personal and professional growth gained from that experience set her up for a long and successful recruitment career.
